Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Planning Transformation programs for the Global Planning (GP) Organization within Cisco Global Supply Chain
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on program status to senior management
Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with key partners to align the Planning Transformation program with the overall Global Planning strategy and Cisco's business objectives
Ensure that program initiatives are aligned with and support the strategic goals of the GP
Provide strategic mentorship and recommendations to the GP leadership team
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to support the Planning Transformation program
Identify and lead the organizational impact of program changes
Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies
Develop and deliver effective communication and training programs to ensure successful change implementations
Lead and develop a team of program managers and specialists
Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Identify and develop talent within the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure program success
Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a focus on supply chain planning and transformation initiatives
Proven experience leading large, sophisticated, global programs
Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies

Preferred

Master's degree in related field
Experience with Agile methodologies
PMP or other relevant certifications
