Responsibilities
Prepare workpapers, tax projections, and federal/state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and private foundations
Perform tax research to support unique client situations and provide well‑reasoned insights
Prepare materials and deliverables for quarterly client meetings across tax, philanthropy, insurance, and accounting areas
Participate in weekly scheduling meetings and help prioritize workload based on client needs
Present periodically on assigned tax technical topics during team discussions
Manage multiple assignments, communicate status updates, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Assist with additional family office responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
0-3 years of public accounting experience, ideally serving high‑net‑worth individuals, closely held businesses, or family office clients
Strong technical foundation in individual, trust, partnership, and foundation taxation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent communication with team members
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of delivering high‑quality work within deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Completion of 150 credit hours required to sit for the CPA exam preferred not required
Graduate degree preferred but not required
