Responsibilities
The Accounting Administrator is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reporting of yield data to support accurate financial reporting and informed operational decision-making
This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of yield calculations, performs reconciliations of production and inventory data while working closely with operations
During the initial training period on A shift, the individual will receive cross-training in the responsibilities of other Accounting Administrators as well as Scale House functions to ensure operational coverage and continuity
Upon completion of training (3-4 months) the position will transition to its regular schedule of 4:00 PM to midnight
Qualification
Required
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including generating Excel spreadsheets and Word processing. Proficiency in Excel a plus. SAP experience a plus
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Special Skills: 10 Key proficiency a must. Accounting/Excel classes preferred
Preferred
1+ years of experience preferred. Accounting experience a plus
