Facilities Operations Seasonal Assistant

Responsibilities
Game Day assignments – concourse set-up, safety and cleanliness walk-through, guest service, crowd control, and event staff supervision
Special event set-up and coverage
Assist with event staff scheduling and supervision
Daily safety and security walk-through of ballpark
Assist with daily administrative duties of department
Complete season specific projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads
Assist with the incident management and work order system
Assist other departments as necessary including but not limited to; in-game promotions, field ceremonies, marketing, security, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sports administration, operations, event management, recreation/facility management). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be reliable, detailed, and organized
