Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and solution-focused
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, responding to inquiries with confidence and care
Maintain and update customer account information with accuracy, discretion, and strict attention to confidentiality
Support coordination of account-related documentation and follow-ups with external partners as needed
Assist with daily account support functions, including data entry, issue tracking, payment-related setup, and documentation processing
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular meetings to support smooth operations and consistent service delivery
Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues to prevent escalation

Bachelor's degree preferred
