Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of experience in: Customer service (call center, client support, account support, operations support) OR back-office operations with customer interaction
High attention to detail (data entry, auditing, accuracy-driven work)
Intermediate Excel
Sorting, filtering, basic formulas
Using templates and spreadsheets daily
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
