Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to Healthcare benefits consulting practice
Develop benefit comparisons and projections with high level of accuracy
Create monthly claims and expense (C&E) reports to clients
Peer review renewal calculations and utilization reports
Model plan design and employee contribution alternatives
Develop employee enrollment migration scenarios for multiple plan design options
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in benefits and marketing
Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus in finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strongly preferred: prior experience in benefits administration and compliance
