Customer Solutions Engineer
Analog Bits specializes in developing advanced mixed signal circuits for various products. The Customer Solutions Engineer role involves creating technical solutions for customers, serving as a liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams, and ensuring customer success through strong technical support and communication.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing deep technical value and ensuring their success
Attend customer calls, discuss customer requests and propose possible solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
Work with our engineering teams to develop excellent technical proposals for our customers
Prepare new datasheets for new IP products and improve existing datasheets
Act as a technical advisor to our sales team to enable a smooth sales process
Prepare application notes to be used by our customer and customer support engineers
Provide customer support for post-sales questions
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals
Mixed signal, analog and digital circuit design
Mixed signal / Analog IP integration experience
Analyze complex technical problems
Apply critical thinking
Design creative and effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to listen actively to customers
Understand customers' underlying needs
Build trust with customers
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role
Ability to manage projects from start to finish
Planning, organization and time management skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration
Minimum of 2 years of experience in analog IP integration and/or design
MSEE or above
Preferred
Mixed signal / Analog IP integration experience is desired
Customer-facing experience is highly valued
