Responsibilities
Create strategy to deliver key user & business outcomes under guidance of Group Manager, Digital Product
Lead product discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment & business casing
Demonstrate the ability to quickly analyze and synthesize different datasets to a clear narrative
Oversee development & execution of product roadmap while managing trade offs
Work with cross-functional partners such as engineering, product, and UX to ensure successful development & product launch
Monitor post launch performance & adjust as needed
Peer mentor for junior talent
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Curious, highly motivated self-starter
Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing
Preferred
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering
Advanced degree
Existing knowledge of product domain, users or market
