Responsibilities
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, plans, and cut sheets to maximize productivity, quality, and safety
Supervise craft workers and field crews across multiple site development projects
Provide technical and administrative direction to field operations and subordinate supervisors
Ensure construction activities comply with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Assist with work planning, manpower allocation, material quantities, and equipment requirements
Monitor productivity, job performance, and adherence to project procedures and safety requirements
Identify potential schedule conflicts, work interferences, or operational challenges and proactively resolve issues
Maintain strong coordination with internal departments, including Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management
Support project schedules, milestones, and successful job closeout
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and field experience
3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in site development
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Solid understanding of site work operations, sequencing, and field coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong commitment to job site safety and regulatory compliance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
