This role is responsible for overseeing all field operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite from start-up through closeout.

Responsibilities
Lead all field operations from project start-up through closeout
Supervise and develop field staff, including Assistant Superintendents and trade personnel
Coordinate subcontractors and lead jobsite meetings and short-term planning efforts
Drive project schedules, milestones, and near-term planning
Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company and OSHA standards
Oversee daily reports, field documentation, and as-built drawings
Partner with project teams on budget awareness, pay applications, and cost controls
Support preconstruction efforts, buyout activities, and project pursuits
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business
Qualification
Required
10+ years of superintendent experience, including at least 5 years as lead superintendent on ground-up education and/or municipal projects
Proven experience managing projects in the $100M+ range
Background with a commercial general contractor required
Strong scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project
OSHA 30 certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Local to the Atlanta area (no extensive travel required)
