Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related); Master's preferred
5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years managing or leading teams
Expertise in gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes
History of taking engineering programs from concept through successful launch
Clear, persuasive communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency with CAD and engineering analysis tools
Proficiency working in a manufacturing environment
