Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional made-to-measure and bespoke client experience from consultation through to final fitting
Build and nurture long-term relationships with a high-net-worth and repeat client base
Advise clients on cloth selection, styling, fit, and garment construction with expert product knowledge
Take accurate measurements and oversee fittings to ensure exceptional quality and fit standards
Drive made-to-measure and bespoke sales performance, meeting and exceeding individual targets
Maintain detailed client profiles and measurements to support repeat business and personalised service
Partner closely with store leadership and wider teams to ensure seamless client journeys
Represent the brand with professionalism, credibility, and confidence at all times
Support trunk shows, events, and private appointments as required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in made-to-measure or bespoke tailoring within luxury menswear
Strong technical understanding of tailoring, fit, and garment construction
Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling skills
Commercially driven with experience working to sales targets and commission structures
Confident working with high-net-worth and international clientele
Polished, professional presence with a passion for luxury menswear
Flexible and adaptable within a high-touch retail environment
