The role involves interviewing taxpayers, preparing tax returns, and ensuring accuracy while providing professional training and community service.

Interview taxpayers using IRS intake forms
Prepare federal and state tax returns using IRS-approved software
Enter and review tax data for accuracy
Obtain electronic filing authorizations
Protect taxpayer privacy and confidential information
Follow IRS Quality Site Requirements and Code of Conduct
Provide respectful, professional customer service
Support community members from diverse backgrounds
Work as part of SDA’s Financial Empowerment team
Qualification
Required

Can work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
Speak English
