Upper Cape Program Coordinator
WE CAN Corporation is dedicated to empowering women in Cape Cod through various support services. The Upper Cape Program Coordinator will coordinate onsite programs, serve as a primary contact for women seeking assistance, and build relationships with the community to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
Engage with participants to assess ongoing needs and connect them to WE CAN programs and community partner services via phone, in-person at WE CAN sites and at partner organizations
Provide on-site support for volunteers and participants during WE CAN individual consultations and workshops at Upper Cape locations
Conduct follow up phone calls or emails with participants after they have completed a service or interaction to assess on-going needs or ensure needs were met
Accurately collect and enter participant and program data in a timely manner
Build effective relationships with participants and volunteers using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach
Collaborate with WE CAN colleagues to ensure consistency in program delivery across the Upper Cape
Identify key strategic local partner entities in the Upper Cape and work to engage them
Plan and conduct outreach across the four Upper Cape towns to increase awareness of WE CAN services
Attend meetings and community and networking events to build awareness of the WE CAN presence in the Upper Cape
Use current relationships with volunteers, participants, and other interested stakeholders to learn about service gaps and needs to better serve individuals in the region
Use the knowledge gained from on-site relationship building to ensure WE CAN’s full array of services is leveraged and when needed, tailored to the community’s needs
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in case management, community-based, or human services roles
Demonstrates compassion and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work empathetically and nonjudgmentally with women facing complex life challenges
Proven experience coordinating projects of varying scope in collaboration with internal and external partners
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Familiarity with case management principles and Cape Cod community resources
Cultural competence and the ability to effectively support participants with diverse backgrounds and needs
Experience with data collection, documentation, and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Experience working with volunteers and an understanding of volunteer roles and responsibilities
Willingness to learn new tasks, skills, and procedures
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reliable transportation is required; mileage reimbursement is provided
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services–related field preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English or Portuguese/English preferred
