Responsibilities
Lead Mobile Innovation – Architect, build, and maintain native iOS applications that are mission-critical to our products
Own the Experience – Ensure seamless user experiences across iOS devices, from sleek UI to resilient backend integration
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Raise the Bar – Perform code reviews, mentor others, and champion mobile best practices
Push the Boundaries – Leverage modern iOS frameworks, cloud services, and edge capabilities to create new possibilities in insurtech
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Swift (and Objective-C as needed) with deep knowledge of Apple's frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI)
Experience designing scalable, maintainable mobile applications
Strong background integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to optimize data flows
Track record of shipping and maintaining production apps
Ability to tackle complex challenges with a balance of speed and precision
Preferred
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Android for cross-platform collaboration
Prior experience in insurtech or field services
