Support our Team of Store Sales Managers who oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales goals, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Drive sales, maintain operational standards, and build strong relationships with customers
Collaborate with other team leaders and provide support to deliver against business objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong sales competencies, including upselling, closing sales, and achieving performance targets
Experience with team leadership, staff development, and effective coaching skills
Ability to maintain operational excellence and adhere to company standards
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
Proven ability to drive business growth while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous retail or optical industry experience is a plus
