VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Talend Test Data Management (TDM) Developer to support enterprise data initiatives in a fully remote environment. The role involves designing, developing, and managing test data solutions using Talend TDM while ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Talend TDM solutions to create, mask, and provision test data across multiple environments
Develop and maintain data masking, subsetting, and anonymization processes to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Collaborate with QA, development, and data teams to support test data requirements for functional, integration, and performance testing
Manage test data refreshes and environment provisioning to support agile and CI/CD-driven testing cycles
Troubleshoot and optimize Talend TDM jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
Document TDM processes, workflows, and best practices

Required

Strong experience with Talend Test Data Management (TDM)
Hands-on experience with data masking, data subsetting, and test data provisioning
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and data integration practices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-driven testing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) and Talend Administration Center
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
