Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Partner with underwriting and leadership teams to evaluate financial performance and risk
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Contribute to the development of financial models and decision-support tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, or credit analysis
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
Preferred
Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry
