Responsibilities

Performs various engineering functions and operations including quality assurance, testing, production, and research and development of new and existing product lines
Facilitates communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood
Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy
Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency
Collaborate effectively with production and other departments to ensure on-time delivery
Assist sales department in generating quotes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Thorough understanding of engineering theory and design criteria

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with SolidWorks PDM
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Comprehend instructions, work orders, product information, equipment settings, etc
Work from written or verbal instructions
