Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding, performance management and engagement surveys
Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to HR leadership and executive stakeholders
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations
Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry best practices
Facilitate communication and alignment between HR, hospital leadership, and corporate functions
Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor project outcomes and impact
Assist in vendor management and coordination for HR-related tools and services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations
Strong ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and long-term vision
Clear and effective written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
Skilled in building relationships and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Experience guiding teams through transitions and fostering adoption of new processes
Proficiency in HRIS systems, project management tools, and data visualization platforms
Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting

Preferred

PMP or HR certification
Additional fluency in other languages
