Responsibilities
Report Developer in Power BI and Business Objects Applications
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support business operations and strategic initiatives
Design, schedule, and optimize Business Objects reports across multiple universes and data sources
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across all reporting solutions
Support data modeling and semantic layer design to improve reporting efficiency
Troubleshoot report issues and perform root cause analysis in both Power BI and Business Objects environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 5 years Programming and Systems Analysis work experience
Associate's degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 7 years Programming work experience
10 years Programming and Systems Analysis work experience
Hands‑on experience with Power BI and/or Business Objects
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Must be 21 years of age or older
Skilled in verbal and written communication

Skilled in attention to details
Skilled in debugging performance issues
Skilled in problem/situation analysis
Skilled in effective time and task management
Skilled in multitasking capabilities
