Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end pre- and post-sales operational support across multiple sales functions
Review and validate sales opportunities in Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Coordinate and support order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
Create, submit, and maintain sales logs, reports, and operational documentation
Collaborate with internal teams including account administration and finance to resolve client and internal inquiries or issues
Prepare and deliver sales performance, effectiveness, and operational reports for sales leadership and key stakeholders
Provide reporting, data analysis, and tracking metrics to support incentive and commission calculations
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall sales operations performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
This role requires onsite presence three (3) days per week at the client location in Richmond, VA
