Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the inside sales team by managing various sales-related tasks and activities, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing product information, pricing, and assistance with order placement
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively
Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into the system, coordinating shipments, and managing delivery schedules
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to customers
Manage inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and distributing them to the appropriate sales representatives
Follow up with leads to assess their level of interest, provide additional information, and schedule sales appointments or demonstrations as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status in the CRM system
Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and evaluate sales effectiveness
Communicate regularly with sales representatives to provide updates on customer inquiries, orders, and opportunities
Address customer issues and concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Required

Experience in sales coordination or a related field

Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
Team player with a positive attitude
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred), or equivalent military or practical experience
1 – 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
