Enter and update business and membership information in our proprietary BBB database accurately and efficiently
Communicate with businesses regarding business profiles, customer reviews, complaints, inquiries and disputes, and membership benefits programs
Handle some incoming phone calls on business lines with professionalism and courtesy
Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and mail handling
Assist with outgoing communications and correspondence
Support general Membership Services operations and special projects as assigned
