Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes
Verify the completion of new hire required documentation
Facilitate orientation for all new hire employees
Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems
Receive and relay messages from new hires and respond to varied and routine administrative requests related to onboarding
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Customer service experience
Preferred
Experience with orientation and/or training implementation
Proficient with UKG system or similar
Bilingual written and verbal communication in Spanish/English
