Responsibilities
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
Develop executive-level reporting packages and financial presentations
Coordinate consolidation and reporting activities across domestic and international entities
Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors during annual and interim audits
Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and analytical reviews
Research, document, and implement technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
Draft formal accounting position papers for complex transactions and contracts
Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with FP&A, tax, and operational finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy
Drive improvements to close, reporting, and consolidation processes
Support financial systems and reporting tools used for consolidation and forecasting
Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities as needed
Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, or audit
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience supporting consolidated or multi-entity reporting
Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Active CPA or progress toward certification
Background in public accounting and/or complex corporate environments
Experience in multi-location, distribution, manufacturing, or shared services organizations
Exposure to ERP and financial reporting platforms
