Information Technology Support Specialist
Hinduja Tech Limited is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist for a 3-month contract role. The primary responsibility is to serve as the main IT point of contact for the U.S. office, providing IT support and managing equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the U.S. office, providing a professional and approachable presence
Act as first‑line IT support, triaging user tickets and escalating or prioritizing as directed by UK IT leadership
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, including laptop provisioning, reassignment, and secure disposal
Receive, track, and inventory on‑site IT equipment and assets
Perform routine checks of local IT infrastructure (e.g., Wi‑Fi coverage, network ports, UPSs, servers, and access points)
Support basic hardware maintenance, including drive replacement in PowerVault systems
Monitor and report overall IT health and end‑user sentiment through department meetings and regular feedback
Assist onsite US Controlled IT Environment by supporting the following efforts:
Take direction on tasks and priorities from US IT Contact when Commercial environment user needs are met
Assist with documenting the IT environment and procedural aspects of operation within
Assist with baselining and deploying new computers to users
Research solutions for IT hurdles within the environment that fit within CMMC guidelines or provide options for approval
Qualification
Required

Preferred
3-5 years of experience minimum
5+ years of experience preferred
Prior helpdesk experience ideal, with a strong background in documenting tickets and change-management work
Possess ability to communicate with higher management and proficient at reporting progress
Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve technical issues
Background in 3 or more of the following environments (wish list)
