Responsibilities
Review and analyze historical data from multiple sources to identify required data points for reporting
Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Prepare datasets in formats suitable for loading into Salesforce
Identify and resolve data quality issues such as duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data needs
Ensure data used in reports is reliable, well-documented, and up to date
Support ongoing data audits and documentation of data processes
Assist with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience in addition to the minimum required qualifications)
2+ years experience working in data analytics, information systems or related field
2+ years experience using Excel, SQL, and other data visualization tools
1+ years experience in a customer service role
Must be 18 years of age or older
Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required. We are not currently able to employ those located outside of the US
Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment
Preferred
2+ years experience with Basic SQL
2+ years experience importing or preparing data for CRM systems
2+ years experience understanding of ETL concepts
2+ years of exposure to data governance or data quality standards
