COMPLIANCE MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE (FULL-TIME/GRANT FUNDED)
Del Mar College - Corporate Services is seeking a Compliance Manager for Quality Assurance. The role involves leading audits and evaluations to ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and grant requirements, as well as overseeing the professional development of staff.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the annual professional development plan for each grant funded employed to meet program requirements and ensure that all AEL and ESL staff accrue the required PD hours to remain in compliance with state standards
Develops and conducts routine internal audit processes to ensure compliance with TWC and AEL grant requirements. Monitors changes in the laws or regulations, updating policies as needed
Works with AEL director to create and implement standard operating procedures and policies in accordance with Workforce Innovation Act (WIOA) and the Texas Workforce Commission
Provision of technical assistance for improvement and enhancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree
One (1) year experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, auditing, or compliance assurance or related field
Knowledge of program or grant policies and regulations
Ability to translate policy and ensure accountability for all grant requirements
Ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge in monitoring and assessing program compliance
Preferred
Master's Degree
Three (3) to Five (5) years in auditing, program compliance, or regulations
