Responsibilities
Manage SPV activity, including: commercial paper issuance, FX swaps, interest rate derivatives, investment activity, settlement of interest and fees, and payment of vendor invoices
Coordinate all fund transfers in accordance with SPV program waterfalls
Provide support to internal accounting staff to ensure proper posting of daily general ledger transactions as well as comprehensive month end profit / loss and position roll forwards
Monitor and verify all asset and liability positions
Develop and distribute performance and other analytical reports to our sponsors to assist in their overall management of the program
Work with management to recommend and develop operational efficiencies and procedural enhancements
This candidate will develop into a client relationship officer and will work alongside the firm’s current client relationship officers to ensure compliance with all aspects of our contractual service obligations and ensure our client is 100% satisfied
Interact with internal staff and sponsor personnel to develop and manage SPV funding strategies
Interact with 'sellers' (clients of the SPV sponsor bank) accessing the SPV to finance assets, such as: auto loans and leases; trade receivables; and, other financial assets
Qualification
