Responsibilities
Oversee receiving, storage, organization, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse
Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and easy to locate
Maintain accurate physical and system inventory
Perform regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Update and maintain inventory records and shared documents (Google Drive / internal systems)
Support reporting related to inventory status and movement
Ensure all orders are properly picked, packed, labeled, and staged for shipment
Verify orders against sales orders, packing lists, and retailer requirements
Sign off on shipments once checked and loaded
Monitor open orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Ensure warehouse execution aligns with retailer-specific requirements for packaging, labeling, and documentation
Support chargeback prevention by enforcing correct warehouse procedures
Coordinate internally to clarify requirements and resolve issues before shipment
Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed
Document and enforce warehouse SOPs and workflows
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to accuracy and productivity
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and shared documents
Hands-on, accountable, and process-driven
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working with major retailers such as TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Gabe's, City Trends, Bealls, or similar
