Responsibilities
Manage and process Business ID (BVID) requests , including tagging the correct stakeholders for approvals and asking the right follow-up questions
Handle audit and compliance requests from the Internal Audit team
Manage the tax retailer onboarding workflow through Slack and update systems with submitted business IDs
Set up New Verticals merchants for alcohol sales in a fully compliant manner
Support store creation and merchant onboarding activities
Assist Enterprise Partnership Managers with onboarding and support requests
Lead and support projects that address Finance and Reconciliation issues for merchants
Build scalable solutions to identify and fix setup errors , improving onboarding speed in Salesforce
Partner with Accounting and Engineering teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues
Own and help drive the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap , prioritizing high-impact improvements with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, onboarding, or analyst roles
Bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests at once
Comfortable working with workflows, approvals, and compliance processes
Clear communicator who can work across teams
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce
Basic SQL knowledge (running simple queries)
Experience in marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, or operations environments
