Monitor software usage and generate reports for audits
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for license renewals and escalations
Maintain documentation for packaging standards and license management processes

Required

Strong understanding of application packaging tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)

Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar
3+ years in application packaging and license management
Experience with enterprise deployment tools and license portals
Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, MSI, App-V
Deep understanding of Microsoft and Adobe licensing portals
Automated deployment and patch management
Compliance audits and SAM
PowerShell scripting for automation
