Required

Strong foundation in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments or eagerness to learn and grow in this field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Experience with financial tools, software, CRM, Microsoft Suites is ideal
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site professional environment
Desire to stay on board long-term and be mutually invested in the growth and success of the firm
