Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman’s compensation policies & procedures
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting
Associates Degree
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman's compensation policies & procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
SHRM certified
