Responsibilities
Lead the implementation lifecycle for new enterprise and government clients — from scoping and onboarding to launch and optimization
Develop a Partner Success framework to scale UnlockLand’s integrations with real estate firms, REITs, and technology providers
Collaborate with Product and Data teams to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
Define KPIs for adoption, ROI, and satisfaction to measure success across accounts
Oversee training programs, onboarding playbooks, and AI enablement sessions for partner teams
Build a world-class implementation operations team, focused on efficiency, accuracy, and client impact
Represent UnlockLand at industry events and with strategic partners across North America, MENA, and APAC
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Partner Enablement within SaaS, PropTech, or enterprise AI solutions
Deep understanding of real estate development workflows, feasibility analysis, or project financing
Strong project management skills — experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts
Proven ability to build partnerships with developers, municipalities, and data providers
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; thrives in high-growth, global environments
