Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or construction management, with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or June 2026

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required)

Preferred

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree strongly preferred
Previous experience through co-ops, internships, part-time, or full-time roles in sales, engineering, or business-related functions is preferred
