Lead, Integrity & Compliance Program Strategy, Development & Analytics

Responsibilities
Shape program strategy: Collaborate with the CICO to define and implement mid- to long-term I&C strategy aligned with leading practices and parent company expectations
Drive continuous improvement: Apply a risk-based, culture-centric approach to evaluate and enhance program elements, policies, and processes
Advise and influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on ethics, compliance, and risk management matters
Enable Enterprise Risk Management: Coordinate activities of a new Risk Steering Group to lay the foundation for ERM
Lead data-driven insights: Partner with IT to design and implement analytics for program monitoring, predictive risk indicators, and culture-building metrics
Visualize and report: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide leadership with actionable insights on ethics, compliance, and program effectiveness
Optimize policy lifecycle management: Contribute to policy development, implementation, and governance improvements
Build Relationships: Cultivate trust-based partnerships across business units and corporate functions to align initiatives with organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution – preferred fields of study (helpful but not required): social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, political science, economics); business, public administration, or law; data/analytics (e.g., statistics, mathematics, information systems); communications or organizational development
Master's degree a plus
8-10 years' experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate ethics and compliance programs, preferably in-house but strong consulting experience is typically required, however exceptional candidates with fewer years who have demonstrated the ability to perform at this level will be considered
Familiarity with leading-practice ethics and compliance standards and frameworks such as the U.S. Department of Justice guidance on the evaluation of corporate compliance programs; the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations; ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems); COSO – Internal Control & Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Analytical mindset with a passion for metrics and optimization
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Intuitive ability to navigate organizational complexity and confidently facilitate strategic, data-driven discussions with organizational leaders
Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc
