Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and execution of HR and people-related projects
Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones across multiple initiatives
Create dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership review
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling logistics
Maintain organized project documentation and internal files
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
Proactively follow up with team members to keep work moving forward
Assist with HR initiatives such as talent programs, training efforts, process improvements, and engagement projects
Provide general administrative and operational support related to HR project work

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably supporting HR initiatives
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Preferred

Experience with collaboration or project tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Asana
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
