MST Production Program Manager

They are seeking a Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) Production Program Manager responsible for executing MST Seeker Suite production contracts and managing supplier relationships while leading cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

Understand daily factory activity and provide status to leadership
Maintain the weekly earned value business cadence
Manage key supplier relationships
Manage internal supplier relationships
Provide status to your customer counterpart
Manage several team members with the successful completion and execution of the contract
Travel required as needed

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience
Prior Leadership/Management experience
Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience or similar program/system
Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Engineering, Operations, Finance etc.)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Secret - Current security clearance status required on day 1

Preferred

Experience working government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external, including Industry Partners
Experience leading cross-functional teams preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints
Production program experience
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
Raytheon Program Management certification at level 5, with ability to achieve level 4 within 12 months
Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
Proficiency with RMD Program Management tools or similar program management systems
