Proactively ensure the management and resolution of customer queries in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborate internally, working closely with the global technology team, to enhance the customer experience
Attention to both technical and aesthetic detail

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Required

1-3 years of general IT support experience
IT-related degree and/or IT certifications/ITIL Foundation v4 certification
Experience configuring and troubleshooting audio visual technology, including web/video conferencing, large displays, conference room support, and basic sound design
Experience with iOS and macOS administration, including MDM
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with imaging computers utilizing Microsoft WDS
Solid experience with software and hardware troubleshooting
Solid experience with remote management tools

Preferred

Experience supporting executives
Experience with FreshService and Microsoft 365
