Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close sales of our innovative manual and industrial bakery machines across Europe
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners through regular visits and demonstrations
Understand the unique needs of industrial bakery clients and tailor solutions accordingly
Negotiate profitable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen our position in the bakery industry
Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales forecasts to meet and exceed targets
Qualification
Required
A technical or commercial background with experience selling technical products
Ability to manage and motivate a network of sales agents
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
Fluent in English and Dutch; German skills are a plus
Independent, flexible, precise, and excellent communicator
Preferred
Experience or interest in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
