Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors on the BuilderWorks team in Seattle, Washington. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars
Collaborate with BuilderWorks Executive Assistants (EA) on org-wide initiatives such as events and internal facing team pages
Attend learning opportunities to meet other EAs and grow your career

Qualification

Executive calendar managementMicrosoft Office proficiencySenior leadership supportFast-paced environment experienceTravel coordination

Required

2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
