Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire process delivering white-glove, personalized service
Provide proactive, timely, and professional communication to ensure exceptional customer experience
Prepare and present quotes and estimates
Partner with internal sales and operations teams to schedule service dates and confirm services
Communicate shipment status and updates to customers and client representatives in a clear, customer-focused manner
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
Anticipate customer needs and address concerns before they escalate
Review, prioritize, and complete daily assigned tasks for each customer account
Provide backup support to other customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs are met
Answer general customer service calls and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of customer-facing experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver white-glove, high-touch customer service
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to understand, interpret, and advocate for customer needs
Proven ability to professionally handle conflict and resolve challenging customer situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
