Digital Content Copywriter

They are seeking a Digital Content Copywriter to enhance their digital presence through customer-centric writing and content strategies. The role involves researching, writing, and optimizing content for various digital channels to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
Preserve and elevate Room & Board’s online presence through customer‑centric writing that aligns with business and channel goals
Research content topics across digital channels with an eye toward SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices
Collaborate with leaders and peers to deliver on-brand, on-time content
Write articles and other long-form content for our website, plus write and publish blog posts via WordPress
Write copy for paid digital advertising across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Contribute copy for organic social media, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Participate in writing video scripts and platform copy for YouTube
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional writing experience, ideally with a digital focus
Aptitude for digital platforms and tools, with openness to using AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and willingness to learn and implement AEO and GEO strategies
Ability to adjust tone and style for different channels while maintaining an elevated, consistent brand voice
A journalistic spirit with strong research skills and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for collaboration
Passion for design and home furnishings, with an appreciation for the Room & Board brand
Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire
