Responsibilities
Support daily order management and logistics activities
Assist with system process automation projects in collaboration with the IT team
File and organize documents and records
Respond to emails and communications using Microsoft Outlook
Maintain logs and documentation in shared drives
Assist in drafting and updating work instructions and process documentation
Complete project-based work using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and within teams as needed
Ideal candidate working toward an undergraduate degree
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and automation
