Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and product training
Prepare and deliver clear training on Glue Up's SaaS product offerings
Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills for SaaS platforms
Provide Glue Up platform training for new employees
Conduct initial customer kickoff meetings
Ensure all new customers complete onboarding within 90 days
Achieve an average Level-1 Evaluation score of 4.5 out of 5.0
Document dates of key interactions with customers
Collect specific data points from onboarding customers weekly
Assist in implementing and onboarding new SaaS customers
Communicate effectively with customers
Help analyze data to develop training initiatives
Assist with designing employee training programs
Update and create new content
Gather feedback and provide product recommendations
Help promote the global e-learning program
Provide exceptional customer service
Provide weekly progress reports
Undertake special projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
2-3 years of experience in software training or similar experience
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding training abilities
Ability to work effectively in a group environment
Willingness to take on new tasks
Experience with SaaS is a plus
2+ years of Customer Success experience is a plus
Customer Success: 2 years (Required)
