Responsibilities
Handle standard and non-routine customer issues and resolutions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Review exception reports for non-compliant purchase orders
Resolve issues from third-party order processors (limited complexity)
Assist with inventory maintenance at the branch level
Create and process orders in SAP for quoted jobs or installations
Support contract renewals, autorenewals, and simple contract changes
Submit invoices via customer/vendor portals
Support basic customer master data workflows
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
Work effectively in a team environment with the ability to operate independently
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in data entry, office administration, invoicing, or similar roles
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Dynamics preferred)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks independently
Preferred
Candidates with ERP/SAP exposure
Candidates with invoicing or contract support experience
