Conduct business primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on client needs
Learn how to find opportunities, build relationships, and create repeat business
Participate in 5 weeks of hands-on training working directly with a senior agent
Engage in ongoing training multiple times per week, plus on-demand access
Utilize a structured, 18-year-proven sales model
Work with leads provided to support development
Thrive in a commission-only, 1099 role
Qualification
Required
An active real estate license in Arizona is required
Preferred
Currently studying to obtain their real estate license
